
Michigan ProStart Competition
Teams are observed, rated and judged by leading industry professionals and higher education instructors. Schools must participate in either the Culinary or Management competitions. Additional category participation is optional.
First place winners of the Culinary and Management competitions secure their spot at the ProStart National Invitational in Baltimore, Maryland. In addition, more than $850,000 in scholarships were available at the 2024 competition to support students as they continue their post-secondary education in hospitality-related fields.
