SUMMARY:Michigan ProStart Competition
DESCRIPTION:The statewide Michigan ProStart Competition brings together ProStart students and schools from across the state for two days of showcasing their talents in the hospitality industry. Competition categories include: ​ \n\nCulinary\nManagement\nPasta\nKnife Cuts\nServSafe Quiz Bowl\nTabletop Design\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTeams are observed\, rated and judged by leading industry professionals and higher education instructors. Schools must participate in either the Culinary or Management competitions. Additional category participation is optional.\n\n\nFirst place winners of the Culinary and Management competitions secure their spot at the ProStart National Invitational in Baltimore\, Maryland.
